In Resolve 18 now it automatically reconnects all the clips as soon as you load them into the media pool - at least if they are named the exact same way, I guess. Nonetheless, thanks man! For my project it wouldnt have worked as due to time reasons I couldnt change the timecode for several hundreds of clips, but for smaller projects I'm sure you helped some guys a lot out there!!

Thanks this is awesome! I've spent the past week trying all sorts of things trying to transfer an old premier pro project from 2006 into resolve. Turns out i had some very random timecodes embedded into multiple dv tape avi clips (lazy me not bothering with strict timecode settings while injesting all thos years ago). I still had to go back into PP to modify the clips individual timecodes in PP and then pre load the media into resolve but it worked!

It didn't work for me unfortunately. My project which I've just imported from Premiere Pro as an XML file, has clips scattered all around on the timeline. Maybe it works for you because your first clip starts at 00:00:00:00?

Have you encountered an issue at this stage ‘0:55’, when I change the offset, it changes all the clips in the timeline to the same one clip? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
