in my "I tried to "get skinny" in a week" video I used this workout routine everyday and a lot of you have requested a video with the workout! so here it is!! hehe
A lazy workout you can do in your bed that actually works!! good luck!

4 years later and I’m still doing this workout ! I really feel like this workout works for me. I even reached my 45 kg weight goal. Thankyouu so much ❤️😭

When we were doing the arm thing and she told us to do it through a ad. I got a two part ad the first one was 3 minutes long and the second one was 40 seconds long then after that I had 30 more seconds do to do during the video. I did it but I was dying.

I have started doing this today and I'm going to give updates for each day !!
*I'm 75 kg or 165 pounds girl and out of shape*
💚 Day1 : ✅ this is really hard !! I felt my muscles burn but I really liked it :) it feels so good when you finish and realise you did something good for your health.
💚 Day2 : ✅ Its still hard af lol and I can not lift my legs straight they are always bent :( and I'm starting to think maybe I need to measure my waist, thigh and arm to give these updates correctly .. should I ?
💚 Day3 : ✅ I'm now kinda better at it but it still difficult :( I have decided to do it twice a day from today + weight update *now I'm 73.4 kg (161.4 pounds)*
💚 Day4 : ✅ I really wasn't in the mood today to do anything but I DID IT .. I did it in the evening instead of the morning, I already feel stronger and the moves are becoming easier yaaay.
💚Day5 : ✅ did it again .. I feel my muscles stronger and hard .. however I think they will never show unless I lose more weight :(
💚Day6 : ❎
💚Day7 : ❎ I will do it tomorrow I promise 😭
After 4 weeks : I'm now 68.3 kg (150.6 lbs) and no I didn't do this workout but I started doing intermittent fasting 36-12 + walking 10, 000 steps a day.
I know this is no longer related to the video but just wanted to share my experience ^-^

I’m gonna try and do this twice a day for 3 months starting now

I’ve already done it once

My start weight is 122 lbs

I’m tryna get more in shape cuz I’m skinny fat and I don’t personally like it

It hurts so much already doing this workout

But I’ll update this everyday and tell abt progress

i’m in marching band and we do the arm thing for SO LONG that i’m actually used to it now. hearing “noooowww bob your arms!” was the worst thing ever, but i’m thankful. no more limp noodle arms for me
