I’m loving your 10-20 minute workout videos so I’m making a new playlist this morning for mornings just like this: needing short fitness solutions. Once I’ve procrastinated long enough I’ll actually start working out to a couple of them 🤓 just a few mo minutes should do it ..

Great workout! I was thinking because we were using weights you might go a bit easy on us but you still pushed us as hard as you always do, you don't mess around! I really like how diverse your sessions are, great variety combining cardio, flexibility, balance, and strength training. And when I feel almost burned out I just need to look up and see your beautiful smile encouraging me to keep going 😁
