I add wrist weights and dumbells to these workouts for an extra challenge, and it's paying off. I have a hard time losing weight and having time for the gym with 2 kids, and the music is super motivating. Thank you!

The power of 15 minutes... from Oliver. 15 minutes + great routine /exercise transition + encouraging instructor = power 15 full body HIIT. This was intense and worth every second. Once again, you HiiT (😉) it out of the park, Oli! Love using these short cardio’s as finishers to my strength workouts. AND you included abs which you know I love. You should see my mat from the kick outs. There’s a “smile” from my heels hitting the mat! 😂
