My channel crossed the 1000 subscriber threshold 6 days ago (1046 subscribers presently) and I officially became a YouTube partner 4 days ago. I know I was able to get here in no small part from implementing ideas and guidance from you guys. Thank you for everything you do!

Always remember that big channels were once small and minimal to no views. People who stick with it will grow :) Loving the vidIQ content!

Currently at 216 subscribers. Honestly, it's been really tough as I juggle this channel with my full-time job. However, the vidIQ tips and the supportive community here have been very encouraging. All the best everyone!! We can do this!!

Thanks for sharing this. I am small content creator with mainly some faceless content, and I started posting bunch of Shorts lately. The thing that worked best for me was giving my videos a small boost on Famester. This caused them to spread literally everywhere, bringing more and more organic views day after day.

Currently at 885 after gaining over 69 Subs this week and counting. And I just hit 800 last Wednesday (June 21st). This is currently my best month on YouTube in terms of Subs and watch time. Applying the tips I learned from VidIq over the years. The 4th video I uploaded in January 2022 was consistently getting 10-50 views every week. Really tailored it to finding my ideal viewer who would like my style of content. Now that video is currently being pushed in the recommendations system and is bringing in 700-800 views with a CTR of 6% - 10% daily in the past couple weeks. And as they advise on having a niche with similar related videos so viewers can chain watch your content, If they really liked a video or topic. People are going from that video to others raising the views and watch time on a lot of videos on the channel. Thanks so much for the tips VidIQ, I can attest that when applied they do Work.

The issue i have with Epidemic Sound is that its expensive once the discount runs out and as soon as you cancel the subscription they INSTANTLY slap all of your videos containing their music with copyright claims. So you either have to take those videos down or continue with the subscription.

Thanks for the tips!
As for your question: I currently have 6 subs on one channel and 3 on another (both out of the top of my head 😀), but I haven't posted/streamed much. With NaNoWriMo starting tomorrow I've planned to change that and hopefully I can keep the momentum going after July.

I am aware 2 channels is a lot to keep up, but I treat them as 2 parts of the big picture: one is purely author things (and in the future things about my books), while the other one is all about worldbuilding which is for a much wider, and partially different, audience 😀

Good luck everyone! And for all authors participating in NaNoWriMo starting tomorrow, enjoy and have fun!

I didn’t knew VidIQ wasn’t a big channel
Edit: VidIQ changed the title of the video, which was about how big channels would never share certain secrets. This comment was published in the first minute, yet VidIQ hearts all comments they like in the first hour. It is safe to assume that they changed the title after reading this comment. You’d also have more proof if you look in the reply section, which all was rapid in first one hour but died off afterwards because the title was changed and the joke no longer applied.

Currently at 52 subs after 11 months. Not easy to stay motivated and have done less in the last couple of months as a result. Hope to get out and get more content soon and watching these videos really help to keep me working at it.

I have been doing youtube for just over a month now (currently 187 subs) and came across vidiq! It has been very helpful and really opens up my mind to many other ideas I would not have come up with on my own! I mostly go with the flow and keep pushing out content but you guys have been super helpful! Many thanks for that!!

Currently at 851 in the last 2 months since inception of the channel. Views is something that we are looking at gaining in order to get monetized. 149 more subs. Let's go go!!! Keep it up everyone

All you have to do is make videos, and make every new video better than the last one. This is what I'm trying and it is working.

Currently at 374 which I’m pretty happy with! I really want to start increasing my watch time, which is MUCH harder, especially when you consider how many subscribers can come from shorts and don’t really count towards that.

Currently on 865 subscribers, and the challenge these days is really to get more click rates.
I believe this awesome channel is helping me understand a bit more about the platform, and I will keep every lesson I learnt in mind while building my channel !
