To skyrocket your views in 5 minutes... do Famester instead. Heck, even a minute is enough.

You guys can do it! Just treat YouTube as a job interview and your competitors are trying to get the same job as you. Work as hard as you can and you’ll make it!🙏🏾🖤

I've already gained 3 followers after coming back from a 3 year break, and my views have gone up a lot since I started watching these videos, I just wanted to say thank you ;)

I think everyone needs to understand how important it is to upload, not like a madman, but to upload videos. Not only does it give your channel content for your potential audience to watch, but it also helps you learn. I’ve learned how to record (basically finding the “best” places), I’ve learned how to edit (I edit on my phone and I’ve become a master at it), I’ve learned how to script (sometimes bullet points, sometimes all out scripts), I’ve (kinda) learned how to make titles and thumbnails (still want to get better at thumbnails), and I learn what works and what doesn’t because when it doesn’t work it doesn’t get views so I try to do something different. YouTube/content creation is a process, trust the process and you will be successful.

I still think random luck is the biggest factor for small channels honestly. I've tried "borrowing" titles for shorts, but my most popular one by far is a very basic title with just 2 words and #1 after it, with no clickbait or superlatives at all. YT randomly decided that it should go on people's feeds and is now over 2m views & generating 20k views a day for a couple of months since I uploaded it.There's no reason that particular short was pushed & I actually think it's one of my worst (I wanted to delete it and redo, but that'd mean losing all subs/views). The algorithm decided otherwise & people seem to like it. 18k subs now from a channel I started in August this year, with no experience on YT and no idea how to make videos, mostly from that 1 short. Also, upload times seem incredibly important for shorts! Not sure if you guys have done a video on times to upload, but I can literally get 20 views in one 2 hour window, delete & reupload the same short 2 hours later and get thousands of views...

Persistence is the mantra for all of us. Persist, for months or maybe years...but you will become a successful YouTuber for sure. 😊

To everyone reading this: Don’t give up on your channel, keep working hard and you’ll get there. Learn from every video’s performer and use that information to put into your next video. I am hoping for 1.5k subscribers by the end of the year!

I love watching these vidiq videos and I try my best to incorporate the practices on my channel but I don’t have a basic genre channel. I’m not doing makeup/hair tutorials nor am I gaming. My channel is about chronic illnesses, basically a blog about how I live with MS. I wish there were more general help videos for niches that don’t fall under the basic channels category but I’ll keep trying fr 😂lol

One key thing you need to know is videos don't go viral in the first day. I had a video at 13 views then on the 6th day it exploded to 5k
