My post workout meal has lately been 3 scrambled eggs, with 1/3 cup of cottage cheese, cut up red peppers, approximately a handful of spinach, a Shiitake mushroom without the stem (it’s gross) and a green onion cut up on top with a slice of whole grain toast with half a avocado on top

I just made this myself for the first time before watching this video, except i also added cherry tomatoes. So good. And way less eggs and cottage cheese

Yum! I traded the cheese for Gruyère and spinach for blanched asparagus bits for more fiber. More flavor profile, too.

I usually make my eggs and then serve with cottage cheese on the side. Never tried together.

This is for sportive ppl or very active working in construction maybe .

If you’re not going to run a 45 min don’t eat this . If you work at the office sitting on your ass 8 hrs DO NOT eat this .Definitely don’t eat this in the evening . Too many yolks and too little cheese . You made a caloric bomb with not significant protein .
Better use only one yolk the rest only whites . And double on cheese .
