I have autoimmune illness and histamine problems especially after a viral infection. I have noticed that just an anti inflammatory diet is enough and only cut out things that cause an immediate reaction and cut right down if I catch a virus or have a lot of stress. You shouldn't be cutting out everything every day because your body needs some of these foods for anti inflammatory antioxidants and healing properties. I just go by how I feel after I eat. The foods that trigger me the most are eggs, kidney beans and lentils Bread doesn't give an immediate reaction but its accumulative and effects my skin mostly. But the eggs pulse and lentils hit my immune system so fast I wake up in the night in pain and have sore muscles and depression in the morning with a bad taste and coated tongue. It's like having the worst hangover. I remember in my younger years feeling like that most days because I was on a healthy diet so cut out most meat and replaced with vegan foods. I thought I was eating healthy and couldn't figure it out.

Thank you! Finally, concrete facts about how much omega 3 and how much omega 6 there is, when it is good and when it is not. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis and I follow the AIP protocol which works, but after 2 years I would like to expand the menu because I have been eating fish and green vegetables twice on day, every day. Before that, I was on a plant-based diet because I love it. I also love fish, but every day... 😅 Can you tell me a little more about omega 3 and 6 in food related to the inflammatory? It is difficult to find information about omega oils on the Internet. I would like a tabular presentation of how much omega 3 and how much omega 6 acid is in each food.

I have recently seen a recipe that suggests eating the avocado seed (diced and roasted) as a condiment with salads or soups. Does the avocado seed (without the seeds peal) contain lectins?
