The stress of worrying about the foods you eat, is actually worse to your wellbeing than the food itself. Stay off processed foods and eat what makes you happy. If your body doesn't like something, it will let you know. 😊

Everything that’s naturally healthy is argued by someone to not eat it ; which in turns discourages many people eat better and rather to just keep smoking, drinking and eating at McDonald’s everyday to stay healthy

Helpful tip: soak chia seeds in water overnight before eating. Easier to digest and easier to absorb the nutrients 💗

There needs to be more research and more information here before just declaring chia seeds unhealthy from one study. First of all, have the results been replicated? What was the design of this study - how many subjects and how diverse, what was alpha on the t test, how large was the deviation between test group and control group; and even just how were the chia seeds prepared for consumption? Were they whole (as in chia seed pudding) or ground (as in a smoothie)? Were they soaked? Were they rinsed, or consumed with soaking liquid (if any)? And then, if we are concluding - and really it's just a hypothesis from what I can tell - that chia seeds contain harmful lectins, which lectins? And is there a known way to eliminate or decrease these lectins? Is there a traditional society that consumes chia seeds, and if so, how do they prepare them? There needs to be another study with a no chia seed control group, a whole chia seed group, and ground chia seed group, and the results compared with the study Dr. Gundry mentions here.

I have pain in my tummy everytime I eat chia seeds. It made me think that I had appendicitis or bladder infection. We should listen to our body and not to the media or researchers.

Probably because in this case they were eating them You cant expect to digest something like this in full form. I just blend it and I personally have noticed A HUGE DIFFERENCE in the way my joints feel while eating 2 or 3 servings of these for about 2 weeks. My ankles dont ache after jogging, my knees dont ache, my shoulders and back arent sore, etc.
I can work out So this video is false and I dont care what anyone says, my own personal test says other wise

I've been eating keto for 19 months, with 19:5 intermittent fasting and during the first 10 months, I lost 103 pounds of body weight, reversed prediabetes and can now walk up and down stairs, without painful knees.

Knowledge is knowing that tomato’s are a fruit but wisdom is knowing not to put them in a fruit salad. I put a tablespoon chia seeds in a one litre water bottle of with two lemon wedges every night and drink it in the morning. I feel great. Also I believe that when you eat and drink to the glory of God asking him to bless it and take out anything bad he does.

Thanks for the info, Doc, but I've been eating chia seeds for years and add them to my pet's homemade food, as well. Grinding the seeds will make them more digestible.

Are there any foods left that aren’t apparently deadly in some way? It feels like he’s eliminated like fifty percent of the what was healthy food. You have this ever shrinking window of okay foods.

Guys just don’t eat a massive bowl of chia seeds, try a tea spoon or a few pinches 🤏🏾

Some people may be sensitive but it also depends on how you prepare them. Just soak them in water overnight and see if that works for you. Also try a portion out and if all feels fine then increase and see how you feel. Its really common sense and is not a coincidence that so many people feel much better. These studies are not specific and that's the problem.

If you have issues with lectins, you’re very happy to get this information. Thanks, Dr. Gundry.

I'm native to Mexico and have been eating Chían seeds my entire life and they've been great. You obviously needs to soak them or they will take your moisture and cause issues. Everything in moderation and research before using. What is medicine for some is not for others 🤷🏽‍♂️
