Would it be smart to soak the seeds? What about sprouting them as well? Does roasting the seeds kill the good stuff? Thanks you for all the great support Dr. Berg. You have changed my life for the better with all your great videos. I am so grateful for all your hard work.

This is great. I've been eating them lately and noticed in the video they have magnesium. I've been taking that each night in supplements and it has helped my neck pain and with endometriosis. Can you do a video sometime on endometrosis? I enjoy your videos.

Dr. Berg… I started eating pumpkin seeds a little over a year and a half ago to help me stop quitting smoking. I have not had a single cigarette in almost 17 months but I do eat a lot of pumpkin seeds. I would say on average, 30 to 40 seeds, 6 to 7 times a day. They just taste that good. Am I doing my body any damage?
