Vacay mode on? ♥︎ This workout will tone and sculpt your waist and give you that sexy bikini abs look. You can do it anytime, anywhere. Just press play and let's train together!

▪️ Intensity: Medium/Intense

▪️ Recommendations:
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts.

To you who are scrolling through the comments. I know it's summer and because of that you may feel some pressure to look a certain way, and that is understandable. But remember that all bodies are bekini bodies. Don't think that you have to look a certain way to have fun or to enjoy your vacation. You are stunning just the way you are🥰 besides, you wouldn't compare different flowers to each other, right? They are all beautiful BECAUSE they are different. So please don't do this workout because you feel like you have to, do it because you want to make your body stronger and to feel good. Do it for yourself darling❤️ you are loved and stay strong❤️❤️

I did this workout yesterday and I woke up with a muscle strain in my abs, It hurt so bad the whole day when I was laughing! Such a good workout! 💋

i have done this workout twice a day, three/forth times a week and that for two weeks now and i really see results. If i do this for the following weeks i will have all the ab lines. Thank yxou soo much for this workout

you should consider putting a picture preview of what's coming next, especially since each set is only 30 sec without even 5 or 10 sec in between to set up & see what you're doing

Side plank dips / hold (instead of oblique crunch / twist)
Last minute = Reverse crunches

Dün advanced planın 2. Gününü yaparken akıllı saatim devamlı "yağ yakma" kategorisinde yeşil kaldı. Saatimde problem var herhalde diye kızdım çünkü aerobik veya olağanüstü kategorilerde turuncu-kırmızı renkleri görmek beni acaip hırslandırıyor 🥰 şimdi yeşillere düşmemin nedeni artık eskisi gibi zorlanmamam ve kalbimin bu yoğun tempoya alışması olduğunu geç anladım 😄 bizi zorlaman lazım Eyleeem.
