I like the stretch on the hip part but my knee hurts if I do this.

Also, I cannot fold my thigh/hip due to trip and fall accident last Feb. What can you suggest?

Since one year I'm often suffering from pain in my hips from a nerve that is kiiiinda a little... Ehm "b tch" so sometimes it's not easy to stabilize myself without assist... It's really frustrating since I'm only 21- mostly the pain goes to my lower stomach 2 pain in 1 xD
Do you mind giving me some poses I can do?
