You mentioned muscle death… when you reach that point is there still the chance for recovery? Or does that mean healing will be limited?

Thanks for this! I recently released a lot of tension held on one side of my hip and dance is ao much easier, exercise is so much easier. But the muscles feel so... Sore? Aching for a good stretch or a certain exercise? Im overdue for heading to my PT place but until then, can these help with the new uh... range of motion?😅

Hello friend! Great videos. I normally don't comment, thought I'm subscribed and regularly watch. At about half way through this video you share your 20something year old experience in being told not to move, not to exercise, and your experience recovering from that bad advice. Do you have any suggestions or content for knees? I was rebounding on a mini trampoline, had unusual for me knee pain, my doc checked it out and told me to let it recover for a few weeks. What do I do to preserve strength in the meanwhile?

Lol, I was typing a question about weight vests when you mentioned it. 😂 I am curious on 1 thing with the weight vest though. I have started walking and am trying to work up to an hour. But even a short walk without a weight vest has me feeling like I got hit by a truck. I have the vest style you do, and while Im tired and maybe a bit sore walking with it, it is no where near as bad as without it. Are there exercises I should be doing to build strength somewhere? What might it be changing that is causing me to hurt without it? Thanks!
