Just fast less hours if your body tells you so… it’s not all that complicated. Sometimes Cynthia complicates this for women when listening to your body is all that is necessary.

I love exercising and heard your advise on lighten the exercise the week before your period. I have listened to many of your podcast and your podcast with Dr Mindy, I still got not clear if I can do light weight lifting exercises the week before my period ❤

I am looking at Keto or Carnivore to stop seizures caused in 2004 through Domestic Violence but I am very confused about vegetables, some doctors like Dr Chaffee, Professor Kay, Dr Ede and Dr Berry are saying NO vegetables and this nurse is saying vegetables. It gets very confusing as the naturopath I saw in Sept who I am not happy with at all, said low carb, meat, 3 large servings of vegetables a day & stevia also, plus all the vitamins she has sold me are sweet and full of stevia. It all gets very confusing who to believe
