Fasting Workout - Best Exercise To Do While Fasting At Home

If you want to workout during your fasting period (like Ramadan for example) then you need a workout that doesn't require much energy for you. But the workout still needs to be effective!

This is the reason I created this workout - to allow you to continue fasting but also be able to exercise, slowly, without causing damage to your body.

When you fast you naturally have lower energy and you're not able to do as much effort as usual. That's why this exercise routine will help you stay in shape even while you're fasting!

Here’s the list of workouts :)

- Side bends (20)
- Crossed high knees (20)
- Back turns (20)
- Ski hops (20)
- Side leg raises (10)
- Bridges (15)
- Reach through (20)
Rest
- Knee tucks (20)
- Arm circles (20)
- Side lunges (8)
- Reverse lunges (10)
Rest
- Knee push ups (8)
- Donkey kicks (14)
- Knee tuck crunch (15)
- Heel touch (10)
- Ski hops (14)
I added a couple more workouts that you can do so follow through if you’d like :)
- Jumping jacks or jumping t’s (50)
- 1 minute plank
- 30 second plank (both sides)
- High knees (50)
- 20 star toe touches
- 2 minute jump rope (if you don’t have one just jump for 2 minutes 😂)
- 1 minute wall sit
- Squats (25)
