You are killing me in THE BEST way! I love peloton and do it daily, but I need more targeted work in certain areas, so I decided to see what I could find on here to add on to my pelo workouts… so far I’ve tried a few other girls workout routines on YT and that’s honestly how I stumbled across you… soooo glad I did, as I’ve not one time felt the burn I feel when doing yours while following them!! Hello Bailey! I love these workouts but I really struggle with my neck on any ab exercises, do you have any advice please? I was hoping because I’m in a more upright position with this video I’d be okay but it hurts in my upper shoulder/neck area x
