I’m 68 and 50mg works well for me in the morning. In the evening, I find it works best on a near empty stomach, 3 hours without food, and I bump it to 75mg.

I split tablets before hand so they’re ready. 1 and 1/2 tablets (30 mgs.) at least one hour before. I weigh 240 lbs. the 1/2 pill makes a difference.

I took Sildanifil 100mg and couldn't get any benefits. Then I took vitamin C and aspirin with it and it worked for two days ;) I have varicose veins and the usual cold hands/feet.

You need 50 mg minimum… taking 25 is useless

If I'm taking Isosorbide dinitrate, and I decide to take tadalafil, for how many days should I should discontinue taking Isordil prior to taking tadalafil .

Viagra is good for work related benefits and prevents fatigue. If used with creatine and whey protein etc viagra enhances those compounds abilities.

In my 60s, I take 1/2 of a 20mg tablet and it's great for bun bun time! It's effective 1/2 hour after taking it. If the evening unfolds and there's no sex, nothing happens.
I take the 1/2 tablet because 20mg gave a slight headache and made me so ram rod I had to really work to finally nut. The 10mg is just right. I can't imagine 50 or 100mg.
