Solid advice, usually I hate it when people say. If you feel bad, just do what you hate! And then give no explanations whatsoever and so it doesn’t work for my brain to follow blindly to these random person’s advice

That seems true to me. I absolutely HATE going to the Dr but, …afterwards, ..I always feel this huge burst of RELIEF and a gladness that it’s over. I feel a bit mentally energized.

I had that experience. Usually the job i hate is the only reason to come into IT field, or motivate to have self study sessions, or doing something new, and so on

I hate when self motivation is minimized to dopamine levels, were not robots and it's a trend popularized by tech culture.

NOTE: Only works for neuro-basics - it'll work the complete opposite way for neuro-spicy folks. For 🧠🌶️ build on little successes to up that dopamine, like steps up to get up to the platform where that thing you *need* to do is located.

Having muscle in my body is the biggest dopamine booster in my experience. Not too much but just enough to not worry if I'm getting fat when I eat lots of food. Energy levels are also off the roof!

Dopamine is the molecule that produce pressure wave through the synoptic process between the neurons in the thethalamus. The brain pressure is hightened.

Abstaining from coffee and tea is a nightmare for me. When I go through caffeine detox by abstinence, it eventually helps.
