Jay,
Thank you ever so much and thank you to your team as well for hosting me! Such a pleasure to discuss science and health and to get your reflections. You’re doing amazing things for the world and it’s an honor to know you much less to have the opportunity to converse in this incredible format.
Much love, my friend !

Emotional safety is exactly what we all need. Hearing both of your voices talk about this, and with such genuine tone and authenticity has been really appreciated. I haven't felt this feeling in a long time. My own home hasn't felt safe sadly!

I truly love what Andrew Huberman has done for the community. He has given verbiage to conversations we all try to have. He is allowing the framework of health from a neurological perspective, as a student working towards finishing my psychiatry degree, there are times, many in fact, I had to create physical changes to keep up with the workload. Understanding my mental algorithms meant I could change them as well.

Sit outside with nothing but natural distractions and peaceful. Sit outside with zero modern stimuli (phone, car noises, external influence, etc) and just sit there, until you don't have any thoughts left. You can learn to separate the chaos that we put ourselves in everyday and taking time to process everything that you experienced, while not having a urge to stop our internal processing and allow things to compartmentalize your positive/negative emotions. It may feel boring at first, but clearing your head everyday is a good way to calibrate the things that really have true meaning in your life or not. I'm very fortunate, but I can get a 1-2 hours a day doing this. Which now everyday, I can find still mind, it's

Then when you become still minded, you will get micro realizations of the beauty around you and it brings a layer of bliss to your life. You begin to see the nuances in life where you can hone into that bring peace to your life.

It’s so interesting that ever since a good friend of mine told me she needs to hit pause on our friendship, which has caused me to really think deeper about friendships, what’s wrong with me, what did I do wrong, etc., the more YouTube is showing me so many things about relationships and friendships. I’ve been pretty sad about this situation I’m in but making me look deeper at myself and what I truly want in a friend. I just need to go where I’m celebrated, even though I know I was a great friend to her. Thanks for this chat.

We need more people telling us truth like Andrew Humbertman. This is also what I read in book called Grow Beyond by Nathan Chambers. You can see real progress with consistent effort...

Man just a couple of mins into this one and already some gems to takeaway... Friendship spectrum and not looking at one person to be everything but being real about what I give to that person and get from

This idea that we are set up for success .. I don’t feel is true and authentic. The goal to life is figuring out success in our individual lives. It’s the process of figuring it out that makes us feel alive. If we were setup for success then we would never know the principles of Matthew 7:7 seek, ask, knock. Seek and you will find, ask and you will receive and knock the door will be opened. Proverbs 25:2 2 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter. It’s the honor of kings to search it out anything we search out brings the honor of kings.

This is great. I do hope that you all recognize the privilege of both being child free men and how this may impact the opportunity to do the daily check in stuff . I'd love solutions and feedback about this component for sure

Texting is not a basic human response. Humans used to use a phone..or drop in ..
Not anymore
It's a completely isolated alone world
For me, my immediate family .. is my most important connection bar none
