How many sets or rounds should one do??

Only drawback to this-- is that if you DO this workout RIGHT- you will NOT lose weight-- because you build muscle- and muscle WEIGHS MORE-- but you WILL lose INCHES, and "shift" the weight around as it turns to muscle!!! GREAT workout though..
