These are good to do if you are on vacation or travel for business. No gym clothes to pack and they don't take a lot of time. Looking forward to more diet and fitness videos. You and HotandFlashy are my favorite youtubers for health and fitness tips for us over 45.

Doing these exercises while watching video for the first time.
Accidentally kick Christmas Tree when in push-up position.
Manage to prevent tree from toppling over by supporting it with foot.
Family dog enters room, excited to find me in awkward position and starts humping me.
Lose balance making tree crash down on me and humping dog and land on burning candles.

I'll never forget when I took up figure skating years ago and my doctor was worried that I gained 20 lbs. I told him but I'm down 5 dress sizes! And I was. When you work your muscles and gain muscles your weight should go up, but your size will go down. So don't worry what the scales say.

Dominique: Here's a suggestion for a video. I would love to see you do a 30 minute workout video set to music using the exercises that you share here. I've done the exercises, they are great...but how much more fun would it be for your viewers to exercise "with" you. Just a thought...but I'm guessing there are many other viewers who would love this too. Side note: just had my hair cut like yours last week and I am loving it!
