If you have one shoulder that is more higher than the other and having difficulty standing straight and up right you have uneven shoulder.
This can cause by :
Bad posture
Uneven hips
Shoulder injuries
Weak muscle in the shoulder
Nerd Neck

The stretching techniques are designed to help you to improve your posture, correct the uneven hips. Repair any shoulder injuries and strengthen the muscles surrounding your shoulder.

Started this routine a week ago. I started seeing results on day 3. My left shoulder was significantly higher than my right (about 3 - 4 inches higher). I took pictures to document the process. My left shoulder is kinda align now with the right. Also, I perform this exercise along with the scolosis and uneven hips video. The higher left shoulder also caused a protruding left rib. This is slowly correcting as well. To anyone who is not sure about these methods, give it a try and be consistent. A big thank you to Mr. Goh.

Hi everyone! In case you’re thinking about doing this, here’s my experience: I have scoliosis and was searching for a back strengthening exercise that I could do daily. Being a skeptic of quick fixes, I doubted that I would feel relief from my chronic neck and back pain. however, Im here on day 10 and I can say that I’ve experienced a significant decrease in my pain! Thank you so much for your wonderful video, Austin! Sidenote: for my fellow scoliosis brothers and sisters, I also do yoga from “Yogi in Melbourne” - also here on YouTube. The coupling of these two powerhouse instructors help me to strengthen then stretch my muscles :)

I already lost my hope on my scoliosis for 5 yrs. I just embraced the fact that I will have uneven shoulder, uneven hips, uneven waist, and embossed back wings.
I started doing this for like a week now together with the scoliosis exercise you also have on your channel, and some pull ups and yoga too, and now I can say all those uneven on my body is gone now😭😭😭 I cried when I lean my back on walls and notice I can completely lean now without my one shoulder blades hitting first and when I raise both my hands I noticed that my head is also somehow on center now. 😭😭😭 I cant believe that this will fix my pain for years, I wanna thank you so much for this exrecise, I do hope someone wont lose hope as well like me on what they have right now, trust your self and do put some of your time on this exercise, trust me, you wont feel any pain anymore in the following week. I had thoracic dextroscoliosis is now Im excited to see if I still have this on my next xray. 😍 Thank you thank you😭

My shoulders were so tense and it tightens while doing this. Felt good after it but it felt like a work out for me.

I have fatty liver and gall stones.for a few days ia have been feeling upper back pains and abdominal bloating.i was afrain i might be having gall stone attack when i found this exercise. I tried it and thankfully my backpains were eased.my wife and i are new followers.thank u

I can say these simple exercises works for me as the occupational therapist at my workplace has noticed a huge improvement and told me my shoulders are more even now. Before I started doing these exercises, he told me there was a 2 inch difference. Thank you Austin! :)

Not only did I feel tension release in my shoulders but this exercise also activated the upper back muscles that I have been having a hard time working. I tend to carry extra padding in my upper back/underarm area ..it's typical after carrying four babies 😋 but FINALLY I found something so easy AND effective!!! Adding this to my daily routine.
