Building on the whole journey and especially the past 5 practices, today we use the vocabulary to find sensations through moments of movement that feel individual to you. We have worked with focus, rigor, softness, kindness and balance to develop a practice for finding FLOW. This session is all about the power of TRUST.

Trust your intuition and keep an open mind. Learn rabbit pose (bunny posture) or maybe fly in crow!

Heads up! Tomorrow’s practice is going to be a little different than the rest. Trust xx

I felt so emotional in that final posture because I just realized how far I've come both in my practice and as a person, and I had a moment of appreciation for my younger self for starting yoga 🩵 even when life feels heavy, I'm so blessed to have this channel and practice as a sure positive each day. I have to admit, crow pose is always a bit frustrating for me because I just can't seem to do it right, I always end up bruising my arms. Still so much to learn, although I used to do yoga every day for almost four years... I have to humbly accept this invitation. Looking forward to tomorrow! Day 30 is always so very special. I'm excited for those who haven't experienced it yet! ❤🙏

Thanks so much for leading this yoga flow class. I am 74 years old and have practiced yoga for over 50 years, but was stuck in a routine. Now I have opened up new possibilities and feel stronger and more flexible. Much gratitude! 🙏

No crows. Yes wiggly trees, rabbits and happy babies. It's taking me 2 months to finish this 30-day challenge 😅but it's so good to be doing it.

Hello day two of October 2024, “Rekindle”. I really feel like I’m rekindling my love of yoga with this one today. I’ve not done a daily yoga routine for too long, so it feels so good to come back to it and rekindle the flame! 🔥
Today’s crow pose was a reminder of how daily yoga is important to build strength but I was also impressed with how well I did. I never could have managed the crow pose so easily a few years ago… so it’s a sign of progression! Thank you as ever, Adriene! 💛🙏🏻Wishing everyone a good day. Sending love to all.❤

I always feel a bit sad when a 30-day yoga journey comes to an end. But I also feel a deep gratitude, for Adriene, for all the community, and also for myself❤️

REKINDLE a refreshing way to start the day. For me, I'm embracing the mind body connection you guide us to focus on. I trust as i get older not to.push so hard on the poses and stretches but to see how far i 've come with trust in myself. Thank you, Adriene💖🌷for the energy boost, a little def.goes a long way. I am going through a very difficult and lonely time. Iam in a huge trauma healing proces. Loosing some friends who I thought would be there for me to support me makes me feel so lonely. I am exhausted, but I still came to my mat everyday. Wasnt always able to follow Adriene, but tried to do exercises that felt good for myself. I am so grateful for this 30 day challenge and all the people who support each other. Thank you for being there. And if you have some love and light left, would you please send some my way? I could use some...

So trying to do crow pose and my 8 year old is sliding down the mat helpfully shoving the smiths toys catalogue under my nose to show me his Christmas wish list. A bit all over the place today but still so thankful to be here xx

Bunnies and fishes and crows, oh my! Sad the journey's nearly over, but so grateful for it too – it's kept me grounded but moving through quite a stressful period. And was pleased to find I could still do crow! 🙏💖

Every day is different. This is the lesson I'm taking from my practice. Yesterday, I was anxious, filled with negative thoughts and I couldn't focus on my moves. But today I felt light and present. I'm grateful for the little life I have with all it's ups and downs. Namaste to you every one ❤❤

I TRUST I will continue after tomorrow. It has been very difficult past week, travelling, going through personal stuff, and starting a new job. Finding time has been challenging. Today I am glad I practiced right after I wake up. Feeling encouraged and thankful, see you all tomorrow for final day of our journey!!!

So great. Although I still can't do crow pose, I have seen improvement in other poses. I actually held tree pose without too much wavering and didn't fall. Great progress for me! I always love Yoga with Adriene and appreciate Benji's visits as my dogs practice with me as well. This 30-day journey has been a blessing. Thank you, Adriene!
