I can finally touch the rim coach, thank you so much! But my question is about my leg because when I jump of one foot and touched the rim I experienced pain in the front part of the leg. Do you think I’m to weak in the leg and should just try to get stronger with it and rest. Just another question. You have said that we should have a complete rest day on Sunday. Is it important to have that or can I skip it and train maybe chest if I feel like it because yesterday for example I train basketball so plyometrics in other words. Once again thanks for making me finally touch the rim and just in general make me jump higher, my dream is to be able to dunk. 🦵💪🏀
