Follow along with us in this 15 minute chest and triceps workout. All you will need is one set of moderate dumbbells. Choose a weight where it's challenging to finish a set of 10-12 repetitions.

Workout Breakdown:
- 5 exercises
- 4 sets
- 30 seconds active exercising with 15 seconds rest in between exercises
- 30 seconds break in between sets

Exercises:
1. Chest Press
2. Close Grip Press
3. Rotating Press
4. Skull Crushers
5. Alternating Single Arm Press

You guys have such great variety! I especially enjoy finding new 15 minute workouts for when I think I don't have time. Who can't find 15 minutes, right? It will change your day just to get a short workout in before you begin the grind!

Hi, I appreciate your videos! I would like to suggest that wearing all black while working out with a black wall behind you makes the video much harder to see your moves. If you could lighten up the wall, that would help tremendously. Thank you

My triceps hurt so badly I had to reduce me weights to 2lbs from 8lbs. On the 2nd day my triceps so tight I couldn't move my left arm without pain. The recovery time took a whole 1 day.
