Hi everyone, thanks for joining me today!
I'm going to take you through a 20 minutes chair yoga flow. Through seated, to standing and kneeling postures you are gonna discover already known asanas in a completely different way, experiencing the bliss and alignment of chair work in yoga asanas. You will need your mat, yoga blocks or something to replace them, a folded towel or blanket or pillow and a common chair, nothing fancy, preferably open on the sides.

✨In case you were wondering, I am using a folded blanket on the seat of my chair, since the seat of the chair that I am using is quite curvy, thus uneven 😉
