This tip sounds dumb but it really works: wear a cute fitness set that u feel hot in when u work out. It makes such a difference in ur motivation and how much u will enjoy the workout

Last year I suffered a lot from obsessive behaviours during my workouts. This was the first time that I managed to do this cardio workout at my own pace, without pushing myself too much or without feeling guilty for being unable to finish an exercise. It was so wonderful! Thank you Nicole <3

This is the best cardio workout! I was breathing hard and sweating by the end, but I finished. I also appreciated the modifications as I'm on a second floor and have to be mindful of my downstairs neighbors. Thank you so much, Nicole!

Nicole, thank you so much. I really struggle with cardio as I’m still in recovery from disordered eating and there are so many clickbaity titles and workouts that just feel so horrible when I’ve finished, and I just never feel good enough. I live by your Pilates workout recently for the mind muscle connection I can create but was wary of this. I think it might be my favourite class I’ve ever done. I’ve found peace through cardio. I worked up a light sweat and now I just feel at peace. From the bottom of my heart, thank you ❤
