Amazing!! I suffer from hip clicks in both hips. This is such a better stretch and even after one day of this my clicks are better!

Ive been gettibg this with muay thai followed by inner thigh pain. Ima try these hip flexor stretch variations.

Whenever I do butterfly kicks or even when I stand up & stretch to my right side, my right hip would pop & honestly, I feel like there’s some sort of inflammation in that right hip/thigh area. Maybe from all the hills, lunges & squats. With that being said, I did this stretch after my workout today & wow, my right leg doesn’t feel as swollen as my left. Weird (in a good way). When I do this stretch, I take deep slow breaths & focus on the hip/thigh area. After a few breaths, I feel circulation going down my right leg and I hear some sort of pop as I’m breathing. Not sure if it’s normal but it definitely worked. I’ll be doing this everyday for the next month to see if there’s any progress on the popping of the hip. Thank you for the tip!

I do professional ballet. Everytime we do arabesques and any kind of kick, my hip pops very loud and it disrupts the class😃😂thank you for the vid because I need to get rid of this:) I also am a contourtionist so maybe my flexibility has something to do with this I'm only 12 years old... Do you think this is common?

3:20 it's wrong to move the leg to outside because you're losing the external rotation of the hip that you made by turning the back to the left.
Great video though.

mountain climbers would make my hips pop so loud every time, after doing this for a minute on each side the pop was noticeably quieter

Should you stretch the side of the snapping hip or the opposite? The opposite side feels way tighter compared to the side of my snapping hip

There are 3 kind of snapping hips. Doesn't it matter which one for this exercise??

I realised that when I do leg raises on the floor, my left hip doesnt pop when my right leg is flat on the floor, ONLY when my right leg is up in the air. The popping sound only comes from my left side no issues on the right it bothers me so much I could cry, it doesnt hurt but the soumd bothers me and it feel like i am dislocating my leg.

Q: can snapping hip interact or affect pec minor issues? Same side, left, hip and pec minor issues...?

Does this hip problem prevent recovery from patella femoral pain syndrome or patella maltracking? I've suffered from PFS for years and have never been able to fix it and I also have this exact same hip sound when I lift my leg. Thanks.
