great video! i love the way you've worked in some new poses as compared to your other videos. I was surprised at myself for being able to stand up once in that bind! Thanks so much for another lovely practice.

I agree with Sarah! Amazing flow...greatly builds up to the standing bind leg extension and then subtly goes back into cool-down. Candace your practices are by far the best online. Thank you for sharing them!

I was feeling kind of blue this afternoon and tried this one for the first time. The bind that turned into the standing balance posture surprised me with what my body could do! And the practice helped me feel better. Thank you Candace for all of your videos, they have brought me so much joy and health.

Candice. Thank you so much for these videos. Not only am I getting back in touch with my 45 year old body because of your videos, but it has had the added benefit of focusing and lengthening my other practices like meditation and chant. Bless you.

Love this 30 minute series! Long enough to work up a sweat and inspire further exploration of some of the poses, not so long as to be boring or (too) intimidating. Thanks, Candace!

Happy Valentine's Day Candace! In homage to loving myself, I wanted to start my day with a heart opening routine. I'm over the moon that I happened upon yours. Being able to feel the energy of yoga in my own home and sanctuary is so empowering. I feel fabulous! And you have such a delightful voice. Can't wait to get more in tune with my body thanks to your videos xx

Candace, I've been practicing yoga through your videos on and off for over half a year now, and this was the first time I held headstand for more than one or two seconds! Was only three or four seconds but I think it was because I've never tried entering it in the way you demonstrate in this video. I am very excited, thank you very much. :)

Thank you for making all these awesome videos! I love how I can do these at home and you have short ones and long ones and they're all free and it really just makes my day better when I do yoga :)

LOVE this! Never a dull moment as you encourage me to honor the best version of my practice. Sure a few moves were above my level, but the feeling of flow and grace was an encouraging step up for me.

Always thought I lacked the strength and balance to do a headstand, but with your advice to strengthen my shoulders I got up with no problem. I was amazed! Thanks for the direction!
