Whole grains #1??? Highly doubt it. Good on the rest. For whole grain read the book “grain brain”by MD David Perlmutter

It really does depend on which "expert" you are listening to. Many would absolutely not agree that whole grains are #1 and many consider them poison. So do research from many sources... make your own assessments based on the opinions, go on reviewing that 😏 I do eat whole grains but consider meat, eggs, and mushrooms very important.
