What is the use of rushing into lifting heavy weights if you can’t do any body weight exercises? Well this is a circuit including leg exercises,core exercises and the upper body.
A full body workout that will REALLY test your endurance and mental strength. This week I’ll be focusing on burning calories yet gaining strength while doing so. We’ll be doing 5 exercises consisting of Squats,lunges,sit-ups,mountain climbers and box pike ups.
Try this workout at home or anywhere that you can get it done. The whole aim is to get minimum rest as possible during the workout.
