30 Minute Beginner Lower Body Workout | No Squats, No Lunges - -Many people want to build their leg muscles, but exercises like squats and lunges can really do a number on them! This workout will work the legs, but without any squats or lunges. It's knee friendly! There may be a few exercises that still cause pain, so please pick and choose what works for you. I absolutely love these knee friendly workouts. They have kept me wotking out when I do lower body but my knees are not wanting to do squats and lunges.
Please continue to do these workouts for people like me.

Thank you! I recently had a knee injury and wanted to still train my glutes. I was nervous this wouldn't be enough but it actually was awesome! Feeling the burn and my knee is feeling fine. Great Video.

I loved this one! It was nice to focus on some of those smaller muscles that we sometimes neglect. Perfect for those days when the knees aren’t up to lunging! Thank you!

Great video! Had a car accident in July so I had to take 2 months to rest after my hemicolectomy surgery, now going slowly back doing Pilates, beginner friendly as low impact workouts. I’d love much more of that type of content. Thanks for the variety as always! I’m glad to be here getting my strength back and being able to keep with you that you’re an amazing instructor. Thank you Tracy. I woke up this morning with no energy to workout due to the heat here. When I saw the caption no lunges and squats lower body workout, said to myself, I can do this. So I did and love it.

This was a great workout… my knees didn’t hurt after at all. I am looking for a little more instruction in the rest of my body during the workout. Perhaps where you should feel it when doing it correctly? Otherwise… perfect workout

I liked this workout. I know you said it’s good for the knees, but going from standing to the floor, standing to the floor was rough on my knees. Is there any way you can change the routine so we’re in one position (only floor or only in standing position)? Thanks.
