I didn't have much time, so picked this for the length, and boy, it packed a punch: so burn-y in the glutes and back of the legs. I love seeing Bowkie: he is so funny! The 'lower and lift' move was my fav: hit the glutes intensely. The cue of 'dipping your foot in a hot pot of soup; 'Ow, it's hot!' was great: it added an extra little spring to my lift. Thank you!

The glute burn is REAL! I want to use this routine to fix a rotated pelvis (pelvis instability and rotation to the right). Can I do the routine everyday? Thank you for this video! <3

That was great, but not beginner, as I've done a few but I'm still beginner. That was pretty difficult. I hope to build up to complete it all with time.
