These are great, I’m a week in and subtle movements hurt the most. I never know how often to do them, physio says 3 times

my wrist pops out a bit sometime i feel pain while lifting, idk why it gets fatigue easily after the injury while i do some work, i did a xray but i didnt show anything its been 1 year now it feels like a bit of dislocation thanks

I was doing wrist workout for the first time with 10kg dumbbells when i bend my right hand wrist backwards i got little pain and i was doing force fully after workout i take rest for 10min when i bend my wrist backwards i got little pain and i ignore it like its i do shoulder press my right hand wrist bends backalso in bench press tell me what should i do i dont wanna go at doctor i will do on my i dont feel pain my wrist bends

I fell and hit my wrist on hard ice last week so I got sent to the ER but they don’t know what’s wrong with it bc it was swelling so much they didn’t see anything in the x-ray but there’s like a thing sticking out of my wrist not like on the outside but there’s a visible thing sticking up and I can’t bend my wrist forward or back but I have no idea what happened and at the ER they just gave me a brace and said come back in two weeks💀 do you have any idea cuz I’m confused they all said it was broken but apparently it’s not

I dont know if i sprained my wrist or not because i fell backwards onto my wrists on my blades and its been hurting all day and night abd it hurts when up and down and when i lift heavy things
