Holy Moly, I’ve dealt with lower back pain for years, but lately it’s been serve, chiropractor hasn’t really worked. These sets of exercisers have immediately made a huge difference, I’m truly blown away & so very thankful . I can’t believe how quickly this has changed my life.

Should you do this while your back is already hurting, or more as a preventative measure in the future? My back is killing me from a really hard day I had as a mechanic on Friday, and I'm wondering how soon I can fix that

Thanks for the info on the back extension machine. I was looking for inner lower back strengthening exercises I could do. In my job, I have to lift patients and equipment and at the end of the shift my lower back aches. So, I always turn to your videos as well as share with others. In my profession, most of us have lower back issues.

I sufferd from back Pain for months and after applying some excersises from Dr Jared my back pain gone . I just do them few times a week and I do feel so good now . Thanks Doc 😊

Number six is my favourite too! I have a Swiss ball at home, I'm going to start doing that exercise today. I love your videos, so helpful for so many issues. 🙂

Great one, Dr. Jared and thanks for all your videos, especially the ones for morning stretches, full body stretches, before sleep stretches, knee related, lower back related, and last but not the least hip related. I found them very helpful. I was wondering if you could get a video up on stretches and strengthening exercise for the sides near the rib cage, i.e. the serratus anterior, latissimus dorsi, obliquus externus, and rectus abdominis. Basically the area around the posterior, mid, and anterior axillary lines. Sorry, just wanted to be clear. I am requesting this because I tend to get pain in these areas from time to time. Many thanks in advance.

I used to have low left back pain. The cause for me was my left gluteus medius was not activating due to tight hip flexors, quads taking over.

I no longer have back pain because every day I stretch my Quads, hip flexors and hamstrings. I also make sure my glutes are activated for the day.

I have had pain on the lower right side of my back for the past 3 days. I did the first 5 exercises and each one hurt more than the last. I’m heading downstairs to use my exercise ball on the last one. Any other tips for pretty intense lower right side back pain? Thanks love the video

Doctor, please reply. I have laxity and severe weakness in the neck muscles and calcification, but also the shoulders and scapula. I cannot strengthen the neck because of the calcification of the scapula, and I cannot treat the scapula because of the laxity of the neck. It is very complicated. I am thinking of ending my life. Please help me. Is there an injection to strengthen the neck so that I can treat the scapula and rehabilitate it? The shoulder. I am a boxer and I am 20 years old.
