Work your way up slowly to 21 reps of each exercise. Should take about 10 minutes.

I have been doing this routine in the morning for years now. It really helps me shake off the stiffness from sleeping.

Hey Ryan, I’ve recently started a morning routine and I think I’m going to add this to it. Man that camel pose opens up all the things, that ones nice. Keep the videos coming!
