In this video I am sharing 30 minutes daily Yoga routine which you can do at home. This video is focused on opening the joints and channelising the energy flow towards the productivity and abundance life. This video is not just only for watch but to follow along.

I have explained detailed work with joints and internal organs. If you do this routine, daily, your all joints and all the organs of the body will function perfectly.
This routine is also recommended for regular practitioners to take care of the joints and improve the energy flow for advance Asana .

I used to think YOGA was a soft lady like exercise but now I’m into my second year of practicing but I’m going gradually improving and I thank the creator for brothers like you, I have made so many improvements and my body is getting so strong 💪🏿! I had medical conditions that I have healed with YOGA and meditation! The mind and body are wonderful gifts and we have to respect them! Eat right yogis and remember every time you step on your yoga mat you’re choosing to be stronger than your excuses! Thanx a lot. I had sever stiffness in my knee after doing these asanas I am completely relieved from that pain. Now I can fold my knee. It’s so relaxing

Thank you very very much. This is what I looked for, an easy yoga which I can practice daily. It's easy to follow. The difficult part for me is only when I have to raise my body and legs and form V sign. The rest is easy.

I really would love to practice with you but my knees don't allow the movements you are showing but you are a good teacher you are very clear and I like the way you actually do both side most instructors tell you to do the other side but they don't and they move on to the next movement you are a GREAT TEACHER I can tell you care and want us to learn the things you are teaching Thank You
