This workout is made up of 3 different circuits. We're going to work hard for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds, and repeat each circuit 5 times.

This workout lasts for 15 minutes and you don't need any equipment or a gym - you can do this HIIT session anywhere.

Possibly the best hiit circuit along with another 12minute tabata style one you've uploaded. Been doing this one for months, but my body never seems to get used to it unlike other circuits which become easier on the 2nd-3rd time.. More like this please!

I watch this video often, I don't actually follow the moves but by the end of it I'm sweating. I must burn at least an extra 5 calories than I would had I not watched it, doesn't sound much but add it up over the course of a year and it's really quite significant.Thank you Joe, keep up the good work 🙂

This is probably the best hiit workout I’ve experienced. Very effective, challenging towards the end but damn.. fires up your core! I’ve tried so many workouts but with this workout I was consistent and it showed me results... amazing for your overall body!
