I LOOVED HOW INTENSE THIS WAS, HEATHER!💜 But please limit the repetitive exercises to 2 rounds. I think this had 5 or 6 rounds with the same moves and it wasn’t very pleasant from this point of view. Thanks and have a lovely day!!

LOVED this one!! My only request is more like these but with half a different set of moves. Otherwise, a great sweat (as always!) and keep these coming!! 10-20 min ones are great for my in between breaks at work and afterwards for a pick up!

I am sweating here. The 20sec was good. Just when I am getting burnt out it's time for the next set. Continuously going. Love it. Great job with this video.
