I get a lot of pain from competitive gaming, soaking my hands in warm water and then doing this was such instant pain relief I smiled! Liked and subscribed!

Not going to lie, that first stretch where you extend you arms out and only move your wrists up and down like a motorcycle, from the wrist down my forearms cracked and it felt good 😌

Thank you! 2 weeks ago I couldn't curl 10lb and feel pain when I touch my phone. Then 6 weeks before this video, I thought i just need to lay low and let my wrist heal itself. 2 days later I'll workout again 2x a week and tough it out and deal with the pain. Later on, at the 6th week i found this video and 3 weeks later i can continue my workout with extra care.The stretch at 5:00minute was very effective and you will feel pain at the beginning but slowly adjust your thumb force as you need. I would recommend these stretches and If you don't have time, remind yourself to stretch in the car at a red light stop. 2-3x a day. Hopefully this help someone out there.

Thank you so much Bob and Brad! I am a Guitar player and recently my wrist had a weird pain! I couldn't even do my push ups it was that bad! And these exercises have helped me the best by far!

Got mine on doing an Arnold Press on dumbells, try to progress to heavier weight but what I gained was wrist inury. I suffer for like couple of weeks then I saw this video. It helps a lot! Thankyou sirs! You are my saviors! 🙏
