For a while I thought that in order for me to be emotionally and physically healthy I needed to find “the thing” that worked best for me and then stick to it. The longer that I’m on this journey I recognize that the right thing is changing with the change of my energy and life circumstance and the healthiest thing for me to do is just to recognize that and give myself what I need in the moment. This video was great in expressing that. It’s not one size fits all and it’s not “find your size and that will be it forever”
This was particularly hard for me with meditation, thinking that I needed to deepen my discipline in one practice forever in order to really reap the benefits. I’m learning this is not the way for me.

Wholesome good advice for a healthy life. I would add keep your body/life/home clean and organized. It gives a complete different energy. Open doors and windows 10 minutes a day to cleans the air in your home/office. Use incense or other types of good smells on yourself and in your home. Have beautiful beneficial plants in your home. Put good intentions behind everything you do. Make these things a habit.

I love your advice about going to sleep. Ahhh....it all resonates so much. Thank you! I missed your videos so much and after allowing myself to watch them again and shut out the noise from everyone else, I am so happy to be back. REBELS! 👊 In 2017 when I found your videos I was in an ab_sive relationship and your videos were the one thing I could play when I was away from him and they took me to a different place in my mind. Difficult to comprehend for me spiritually at first but it was a saving grace to find your channel. I would also say "Have a good week" with the praying hands at the end of my vlogs, just like you did and it would make me happy feeling like I was connected. Thank you, Teal.

I used to be an admirer of Teal, and I need to point something out to you. I'm 3 minutes in and I can see clearly Teals sneaky deception. The title of this video (the surface) is very cutesy and sweet. But when you read between the lines of what she's actually saying, it gets dark. For example, at minute 3:24 she's giving you such a monumental checklist of things to do (subtle commands) that you already feel exausted and lost. Like, she says "if the cook is in a bad mood while preparing food, it might empty out all nutrients" - She is giving you an ""'''advice""''' that she knows is gonna make you feel absolutely paranoid, and she's saying with a smirk in her face. She doesn't provide any proof to that statement, you are suppost to accept it at blind eye. How are you gonna go out to eat and have fun? How are you gonna ever cook in peace again, having this burden of your emotions 's being able to nullify foods nutrients? Things like this made me walk away from her. She's not that well intentioned. She has very good retoric, though. And is very very very intelligent. But just because someone has good retoric and has an apparent look of sucess and spiritual authority, and says things that make sense sometimes, doesn't mean you should accept everything they say. Doesn't mean they have good intentions for you. Read between the lines and analyse the actual implications of what she says. And remember, she's human. You don't owe her obedience. Don't sacrifice you discernment for the advice of someone who doesn't even know your name.

many saturated fats come from churning a cows milk. it’s about as natural as you can get. Or the oil from a coconut.. or macadamia nuts or cashews. just FYI, saturated fats are not an enemy

Teal, may i suggest a new video idea? I lost some of my things in my home and for the life of me, cannot find them. I was curious if u could maybe make a video - How to find lost things? I know it may sound kinda of lame, but i know that if u are in the right mind space it is easy for u to attract and find those things u are looking for... I personally think that would make a really cool video which i would definitely watch!😊
