Two years ago, during a heavy squatting session, I experienced severe hip pain. It became so debilitating that even simple tasks like getting out of the car were difficult.'

It's crucial not to focus solely on the area where the pain is felt. Examining the relationship between the joints above and below the affected area can often reveal underlying issues that need attention.

In this instance, testing the nerve complex that exits the lower back reproduced the pain in the groin. This gave us a clear basis to address, alongside other factors, in the treatment process.
