This weeks meal throw down!

-Focus was Weekly meals/freazer meals-

11 days sober, so I’m keeping it easy and hefty. Half the meals will go in the fridge, the rest bagged and into the freezer!

10 Turkey/beef mushroom spaghetti
-2 packs spaghetti
-3 packs 99% turkey 2 packs 90/10 beef
-2 container pasta sauce
-2 containers mushrooms/1 cup onion
-season to taste

7 Top sirloin steak with mashed potatoes
-3lbs red potatoes
-1 cup whole milk
-1 container good culture cottage cheese
-7 top sirloin fillets
-beef rub to taste

10 Chicken and rice
-8lbs chicken breast
-lemon pepper to taste
-lots of rice

10 meals | whole eggs/egg whites with Ezekiel break and yogurt
-1 loaf Ezekiel bread
-2 packages whole eggs
-3 cartons egg whites
-2 containers two good Greek yogurt

I wonder if you get tired of eating the same thing. I don’t mind a left over for lunch the next day, in fact it helps me as I can be lazy with my lunches. I’m curious how you spread them out for the week. Nice to see you back pumping out content and recipes. My kids love your honey garlic chicken recipe from way back.
