Non Sleep Deep Rest | NSDR |Yoga Nidra practice is championed Dr Andrew Huberman and is the ultimate power nap. It’s designed to help you with relaxation, to cultivate ease and for deep rest. Yoga nidra is also known as non sleep deep rest (NSDR) and induces relaxation on all levels of your being. This yoga nidra meditation can also be used as a morning meditation and for stress relief. It will help you wipe the slate clean, allowing your body and your mind to reset and give you a boost of pure positive energy.

NSDR meditation is designed to calm and soothe the nervous system, untangle stress from the body and reduce anxiety. Expect to emerge from this 15 minute yogic sleep feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Thank you for this beautiful session, Rosalie. I feel like I enter a dream like state, where my mind wonders into subconscious thoughts / visualizations, but I am awake during the session and am aware of this experience. Is that common ? I find it quite peaceful for thoughts and visualizations to come up without intention, but I also wonder whether it could be interesting to interpret them... Interesting things coming up.

Great, relaxing meditation. The only thing I didn't like is when at the end I am asked to subscribe, like the video etc. Ruins the relaxation for me! In my opinion, all that could be said before the meditation! Thank you anyway!
