Hi Everyone, today we will be doing Yoga for a Healthy Gut. It is said – a healthy gut means a healthy mind & body. A disturbed digestive system can lead to many issues like bloating constipation, headaches, hormonal imbalance, skin conditions, etc. While of course eating a healthy and balanced diet is key to gut health, Yoga is also a great way to keep the digestive system healthy through stress reduction, gentle exercise and in aiding digestion.

Hi everyone. I was suffering with severe acidity that was also causing breathing issues. For almost 3 months I had a very tough time and lost weight because I could barely eat anything. None of the western medications were working and I was almost close to getting an endoscopy. Within 1 week of doing this yoga practice my issues disappeared like they never existed. Yoga truly is a medicine and I have come to believe it should be a way of life. Thank you Bharathi for this gem and God bless you to healing many other people!

I have started having acid reflux and I am very scared... I have a very bad lifestyle and i am about to change that shit..
I do gym.. For strength training and active physical body
.. And Planning to do this as well..starting today will update after a month..
