I just did the scoliosis exercise twice then this exercise twice today. I look at my body and i saw a drastic improvement when i compare it to a pic of me beforehand. I'm so going to commit to these exercises. Thank you sir for making these vids!!

I've tried this exercise the past three days, even though I started with only one exercise per day, I already feel my spine straightened.

I did a few of these...
Not all of them cause I was scared of hurting myself..
But just from what I did do I actually Can feel a literal change..
Once my shoulder Heals and my back feels stronger I will come back and try this properly..
At the moment I'm scared of injuring myself further while I'm recovering but there is definitely 100, % something going on with these exercises
