Contact groups save me because I have weekly reports to send and I’m constantly asked to add/remove people. I just update the group as soon as I get the email and don’t have to fish for changes later. It’s the best🎉😂

I’m not an outlook buff but knew all these. On point three, I even added a sound and pop up window for when certain people email me. These are important people that don’t email me very often but when they do I need to reply in good time.

I use all but #2 & 3 I use every single day. However #3 saves me so much time! I’m on multiple distribution groups that I don’t need to read but a quick glance is enough. Emails come in show as a specific color and I know immediately what it is. Then using the Quick Steps it can quickly get sorted. I’d love to learn more about Quick Steps. That’s a feature I never see people using and it’s one of the best features in Outlook.
