One of my go to kettlebell finishers that will get you feeling worked from head to toe 🔥

4 to 6 sets
30 seconds each move
Rest 60 to 90 seconds in between sets

Eric's twist on KB Flows is special. They can't be more than 15-20 minutes long. 😳 I'd be dead after 10 minutes 😂
