Exercises That Circulate Knee Joint Fluid

Do this easy exercise for contemplation. Patella In a knee joint, there's joint fluid and you can make that fluid circulate if you just swing your legs like this, like if you're sitting on a swing or the back of a pickup truck getting that majorly fluid to move around inside your joints is very helpful to bring new, nourishing fluid to the damaged cartilage on the back of your kneecap.
All you have to do is find a place where you can sit and your feet dangle. Swing them back and forth. 5 to 10 minutes at a time and repeat hourly as necessary to get your knee pain to flared down. This easy leg swinging motion is what makes the fluid inside your knee joint circulate.
