I have Rheumatoid Arthritis & Diabetic neuropathy with chronic venous insufficiency in my feet and legs. After doing several off these exercises i actually felt tingling and feeling in my feet. They are completely numb most of the time. And i feel a nice warm tingling running up my legs up to my knee. Ohhhh it feels so good. This is a game changer for me. God Bless you!

Thank you Doctor! I briskly walk 45 minutes daily but suffered from constant nocturnal leg cramps. PT, and injections proved worthless. Your back and leg exercises eliminated the pain in less than TWO DAYS! I am so grateful. No drugs no needles. God bless you endlessly.

Thank You so very much, Doctor. I have had a very challenging time being mobile for over twenty years. Chiropractic and acupuncture has kept me moving, often painfully, but moving. These exercises have enabled me to walk, with a rollator, for almost 2 kilometres, each time I go out. I used to only walk about the distance of 5 houses, so this is a huge improvement, both physically and psychologically. I thank you so much for this video, which has made this possible.
You presented this so well, speaking slowly and clearly explaining and demonstrating what to do and how to do it. You were so relaxed while demoing the exercises that I had no fear of hurting myself or creating more pain. I have difficulty walking and was quite surprised and encouraged when I started these exercises three weeks ago, to discover how flexible my legs and feet were. That discovery encouraged me to keep repeating these exercises daily. My hips are still quite stiff, but my legs are so much stronger and the blood circulation is improving.

Excellent tutorial, I'm pushing 71, very Pettit 110 pounds, always executed working out, and don't look my age, but from a serious accident, over 30 years ago, fracture neck, 4and 5 disks, , never allowed any z surgery done, just continued to exercise, eat healthy and just survived on my own, , don't believe, taking meds, , anyone can do it, set your goals, only the strong survives, thank you for the tutorial Zoe
